Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) is a non-profit organisation representing the contact centre and on-line customer service industries in Hong Kong, Macau and Southern China. The Association was formed in September 1999 with a mission to help contact centers and on-line customer interaction within the region improve their service quality and productivity by deploying the best management practices and latest technologies. It focuses to promote excellence in three main areas: Process Improvement, People Management and Technology Application.
